This game does not feature paylines, instead using a Cluster Pays mechanic.
Wins will be awarded in this game whenever at least five symbols form a connected Cluster.
Clusters are classed as a grouped combination of identical symbols where every symbol touches one or more other symbols of the same type horizontally or vertically.
Wild Clusters will only substitute for adjacent symbols.
Wild Clusters do not have an associated paytable prize, so at least one paytable symbol has to be displayed either horizontally or vertically adjacent to the Wild Cluster to win.
You will only be paid for the highest paytable prize per Cluster.
The Cascades feature is unlocked after each winning combination, and will remove winning symbols from the reels once those wins have been calculated.
Remaining symbols drop down and fill the empty positions, allowing new symbols to come down into the grid from above.
Cascades continue until no more wins are secured, or you have used the maximum amount of 10 cascades.
Any wins that are achieved via a cascade are paid prior to the next cascade taking place.
Multiple wins are added together.
Wilds override all symbols in this game, though the Electric Company Bulb and Water Works Tap are excluded.
If a Wild is involved in a winning combination, it will explode and be removed from the board.
Should a Wild appear and not take part in a win, it stays in its position on the board until the end of the spin as cascades take place.
Wild symbols are only allocated to only a single cluster.
You will be awarded Wild substitutions leading to the highest paying board win.
Wild Tracks is triggered if a Golden Wild symbol appears in a column or row where a Golden Wild already exists.
Every symbol between the two Golden Wilds on that row or column is substituted for a Carriage Wild symbol.
If the Golden Wilds form a square, the Carriage Wilds will expand in order to cover all symbols within it.
The extra Carriage Wilds are unable to trigger.
Carriage Wilds that remain on the board after a cascade has taken place transform into a Golden Wild symbol.
If a Carriage Wild can be replaced by an Electric Company Bulb or Water Works Tap, they turn into the following combination respectively: a Wild/ Electric Company Bulb or a Wild/ Water Works Tap.
Community Chests are 3x3 symbols, and they can be displayed at random on any spin or cascade.
If a Community Chest appears, it will open to reveal a random cash prize of between 5x and 1,000x your total bet.
When the feature ends the Community Chest will explode, subsequently being removed from the board.
The only part of this game where Water Works Tap symbols can be displayed is during the base game.
Collect 15 on the Water Works Tap meter and the Water Works bonus is triggered.
Whenever a Water Works Tap symbol lands, it will be added to the meter. It will then explode before being removed from the board.
If you collect more than 15 symbols, they are not carried over when the bonus concludes.
If triggered, the reels continue to spin until one or more cluster lands in Water Works.
Winning cluster(s) are locked in position for the rest of the bonus, with non-winning symbols cascading.
Any symbols adding to existing cluster(s) or that create new cluster(s) are also locked into position.
There are taps located above the board in MONOPOLY Utility Trails, which can be triggered randomly when the board is populated.
If the taps pour water, you will activate one of two modifiers, resulting in the following taking place:
Water Works ends when a spin does not result in a cluster upgrade, or you are unable to re-trigger Water Taps.
While playing this feature, it is not possible for Golden Wild symbols to appear.
If on the same spin the Water Works and Electric Company bonuses are triggered, the former will be played before the latter.
Collect 15 Electric Company Bulb symbols in the meter and this bonus will be triggered, with these symbols only present in the base game.
Every time one lands, it will be added to the meter and then explode, subsequently disappearing from the board.
If a greater number of symbols than 15 are collected, they are not kept once the bonus has finished.
All grid symbols will be replaced with a combination of Property cards, Chance cards and colour tiles while you are playing the Electric Company bonus.
Chance cards explode and disappear after a multiplier is applied.
You'll receive three lives when this bonus starts, and when you lose all three it causes the Electric Company to conclude.
If you fail to land a Property card, Chance card or Colour cluster on any given spin, you will lose a life.
Whenever a life is lost, the board will re-spin (any accumulated Property cards will remain in-place).
You receive the sum of all Property cards present prior to the resumption of regular play.

This jackpot is triggered if the whole board is filled with Wild symbols on a spin in the base game.
