Weekly Competition Terms and Conditions

  • You must be over 18 and a resident of the UK or Ireland (and be located in one of those countries when you participate).
  • Offered to you by Nozee Ltd ("we") on the Virgin Games Twitter page located at URL https://www.twitter.com/virgingames (the “Twitter Page”). Our principal place of business is at Suite 2, Floor 4, Waterport Place, Gibraltar.
  • You must be a member of our website, which means that you must accept our website Terms and Conditions (which can be found here). You can sign up as a member here.
  • Any member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. Players who self-exclude: (i) during the timeframe specified below; or (ii) after the timeframe specified below but before any prize draw or before any prize is credited, will not be eligible to win/receive any prize.
  • This promotion is only valid from 14:00 (BST) on Thursday 29th August until 23:59 (BST) on Thursday 29th August (the “Promotional Period”).
  • You must count the number of stars within the image amd comment with the total number you spot. You may only enter this promotion once and only your first entry will be counted.
  • The prize in this promotion is a £5 bonus.
  • One winner will be selected at random from the pool of correct entries at the end of the Promotional Period.
  • If you are eligible for the prize, you will be notified on the Twitter page and your member account will be credited within 72 working hours of qualifying for such prize.
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions removes or limits our liability for: (a) fraud; or (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These terms and conditions also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.
  • We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control - for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.
  • These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do, we will post the changes on the Social Media page.
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall as far as possible continue in full force and effect.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  • By participating in this promotion, you agree to release Twitter from any and all liability and claims related to this promotion.
