How do i redeem my V*POINTS?
To redeem your V*POINTS simply log in to the Virgin Poker
website and click the V*POINT drop down in the top right of your
screen. You will then see your redemption options - and make the
all-important decision on how to spend your V*POINTS!
Please bear in mind that cash redemptions will be available on
your account immediately; all other redemptions will be processed
within 10 working days. When you redeem V*POINTS for Virgin
Vouchers or Virgin Experiences you will receive an email to confirm
your postal address.
How many V*POINTS will I earn?
You will earn V*POINTS whenever you play any real money game
with Virgin Games, as per the below :
- 4 V*POINTS for every £1 of poker rake that you generate.
- 60 V*POINTS for every £100 wagered on bingo tickets
- 5 V*POINTS for every £100 wagered on blackjack.
- 7.5 V*POINTS for every £100 wagered on table games (roulette,
bacaratt & card games).
- 10 V*POINTS for every £100 wagered on instant win, scratchcards
and slots.
How can I check my V*POINTS?
It's easy, simply log in to your Virgin Games account. As long
as you have activated your account then your current V*POINT
balance will show by clicking the V*POINT drop down in the top
right of your screen.
Your point totals will be updated every day at midnight so when
your V*POINTS don't update as you are playing - don't worry - they
will update at the end of the day.
