How?

When you bubble in a guaranteed pot tournament request your buy in to be put back into your balance and we'll happily oblige. Simply email help@virgingames.com with your nickname, the tourney you bubbled in and the date and we will add your buy in directly to your balance. As consolation prizes go, you're laughing. Or at least smiling through the tears…
