When?
The first ever Virgin
Poker Festival took place in the Broadway Casino in Birmingham on 24th and 25th November 2007 and was widely declared a huge success.
The emphasis was on having fun and it was in this spirit that the 206 strong field of players who had qualified online went into this two day deep stacked event.
Friendships were forged, drinks were drunk and those who were there seemed to be having a blast! Apart from the main event, there were STTs running on both days, heads-up games for charity against the Virgin staff and even 10 pin bowling on the Nintendo Wii!
