I can't log-in?

The first question is - have you entered the right username and password? Remember it's case sensitive (understands capitals and small letters) so check that your CAPs and number lock isn't the problem.

It might also be because you haven't been fully verified yet - did you receive any emails from us about this?

My deposit keeps failing?

This could be for a number of reasons the most common reasons being that you may have exceeded a deposit limit you placed on your account, your payment details may have changed or you haven't confirmed the bank's security step correctly.

If it isn't any of the above then you should contact your bank for more information as unfortunately they don't share their reasons with us.

Why can't I withdraw?

It could be because you are requesting an incorrect amount, hit a withdrawal security limit if you are trying to withdraw a large amount or haven't sent us in your verification documents yet.

I can't launch any games?

This could be because you don't have Adobe Flash Player installed or a problem with your cookies.

How do I clear/delete cookies?

Sometimes if we upgrade our sites with new data your computer is still hanging on to the old stuff which means you won't be able to see it properly. When this happens you will need to clear/delete the cache or cookies in your internet browser - see below for how to do this:

Internet Explorer 6 and below :

  1. Open IE and click on the "Tools" menu.
  2. Select "Internet Options."
  3. Click on the "General" tab if it isn't selected already.
  4. Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click on "Delete Cookies..."
  5. Click "OK" for the "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?" prompt.
  6. 6. Click "OK" to exit.

Or if you have IE 7 and upwards:

  1. Click the Tools menu. If you don't see the menu, press Alt button on your keyboard to show the menus.
  2. Select Delete Browsing History.
  3. Click the Delete files button.
  4. Click the Yes button in the confirmation window.
  5. Click the Close button.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click on the "Tools" menu.
  2. Select "Options."
  3. Click on the "Privacy" icon on the left.
  4. Select "Cookies" and click on "View Cookies"
  5. Select "remove cookie."
  6. Click "OK" to exit.

Google Chrome:

  1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
  5. Use the "Clear data from this period" menu to select the amount of data that you want to delete.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.

The game keeps freezing or disconnecting?

Our games talk to your computer via the internet, so if you keep losing connection it could be because of a drop in your internet connection.

This is most common where customers are using a wireless router. We find that the old trick of switching it on and off -or plugging it out and in again often sorts it out.

If it doesn't then you'll need to speak to your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

What happens if I'm disconnected during a game?

The first thing is don't worry - you won't lose out.

The best thing to do is to close everything down and re-launch the game - they are designed to either continue playing if the connection is lost on your side or to start up again from when they stopped - including the bonus round.

My money is lost or stuck in a game.

The first thing to do is to follow the steps as if the game was disconnected. If your money doesn't come back then contact us and we'll sort it out for you.

I haven't been paid my bonus.

First you need to check the Rules for that bonus to make sure you played the right games and followed the instructions properly. If you did then remember that it takes up to 15 minutes for your game play data to update so your bonus could be on the way. If it still doesn't appear then just contact us and we'll look into it for you.

I've tried all of the above and I'm getting nowhere fast!
