South Londoner David 'Pommo' Pomroy took up Poker about 3 years ago and has since proved to be one of the most exciting young British talents in the game today. Julian 'The Kid' Gardner hails from Manchester and is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished British players of his generation. He came within a whisker of becoming the youngest ever WSOP champion in 2002, finishing runner up, and is the only player to ever finish in the money at the main event of the WSOP 3 years running.
