Can I change my username?

Yes, just go to My Account - Change Password and follow the prompts.

Forgotten your username/password?

Don't worry, it happens to everyone. Simply click on the forgotten username/password link and follow the prompts. Or get in touch with us and we'll sort it out faster than Richard Branson on a jet-ski.

Once you get your brand spanking new password, it is best if you go to My Account - Change Password and change it to something you will be able to remember and that only you will know. We would also recommend that you delete the email you received from us showing the reset password. Safety first and all that.

My personal details have changed

Changed your name or email address or moved house? Ooh, we're not just being nosey. Contact us and we'll amend the details on your account to your new ones. For security reasons we may need to ask you for more information (see verification).

Is there a minimum and maximum spend limit?

Do I have to keep money in my account to keep it active?
