How to Bet

Treasures of Troy® features 40 paylines plus 1024 Ways. You can play any number of paylines in payline-only mode. Or when playing all 40 paylines, you can activate 1024 Ways by doubling your bet. Your bet multiplier may be 1 to 5. Your bet multiplier multiplies payline and MultiWay® wins (if 1024 Ways are activated).

Lines+Ways

Selects the number of active paylines and whether or not 1024 Ways activated. Click the left arrow (with a minus sign) to decrease number of paylines played and to disable 1024 Ways. Click the right arrow (with a plus sign) to increase number of paylines played and to activate 1024 Ways. Choose between 1, 10, 20, 30, 40 paylines, or 40 paylines plus 1024 Ways activated. 1024 Ways may only be activated if you are playing 40 paylines.

Bet Multiplier

Displays current bet multiplier for paylines and 1024 Ways (if activated). Click the left arrow (with a minus sign) to decrease bet multiplier by one. Click the right arrow (with a plus sign) to increase bet multiplier by 1, up to a maximum of 5.

Max Bet

Click the MAX BET button to bet the maximum of 5 credits on all 40 paylines and to activate 1024 Ways with a bet multiplier of 5. MAX BET is not available if you have fewer than 400 credits.

Play

Click the PLAY button to spin the reels. The number shown on the PLAY button is the number of credits bet.

1024 Ways - Multiways® Pays

If 1024 Ways are activated (see How to Bet), you gain 1024 more ways to win with MultiWay® awards. MultiWay® awards pay for matching symbols in any position in four or more adjacent columns, starting from the leftmost column. More than one matching symbol in the same column multiplies the award. Each symbol position is a separate reel, so matching symbols can appear in multiple positions leading to massive wins. MultiWay® awards are paid in addition to any line awards.

This diagram shows a sample reel outcome focusing only on the King symbols:

With 1024 Ways activated, this is a MultiWay® award outcome. Since there is at least one King symbol in each of the first four columns (and no King in the fifth column), we have a "4 King" MultiWay® winner.

With a bet multiplier of 1x, a single "4 King" MultiWay® outcome pays 10 credits. However, because some of the columns have more than one King symbol, a "4 King" MultiWay® win occurs on more than one of the possible ways. Each of these ways pays 10 credits.

To determine the number of ways, multiply together the number of relevant symbols from each of the relevant columns. The number of King symbols in the first four columns, respectively, is:
2 Kings -- 3 Kings -- 1 King -- 3 Kings

so the total number of MultiWay® award ways is:
2 x 3 x 1 x 3 = 18 ways

and therefore, we have "4 King" MultiWay® awards along eighteen different ways.
This yields a total MultiWay® pay of:
10 credits per way x 18 different ways = 180 credits

Note that the 180 credit MultiWay® pay is in addition to any line pays. In this example, there is also a "3 King" payline award (formed by the top King in each of the first three columns aligning with the 15th payline).

Since a "3 King" payline award is 15 credits, the total award is:
15 payline credits + 180 MultiWay® credits = 195 total pay credits

Free Spins Bonus

You can trigger the Free Spins Bonus by getting two or more Bonus symbols on any of the centre column reels. The more Bonus symbols that appear at the same time, the more free spins you are awarded.

During the Free Spins Bonus, you can retrigger the Bonus multiple times. Your Free Spins Bonus continues until you have 0 spins remaining, or until you have played 130 free spins, or until the maximum award is reached. To retrigger the Bonus, you need to get two or more Bonus symbols on any of the centre column reels on a Free Spin.

Your bet in the Free Spins Bonus, including 1024 Ways activation, is the same as on the reel spin that triggered the Bonus.

The Free Spin Bonus has richer reels and more ways to win than the main game.

AUDIO
You can turn the audio for the game ON (default) or OFF by clicking the corresponding option.

GRAPHICS QUALITY
You may want to adjust the quality of the graphics to get the optimal animation performance on your computer. In BEST mode, the graphics look the best, but performance may suffer. The HIGH and MEDIUM (default) settings lower the quality but increase the performance. In LOW mode, the graphics are degraded, but the smoothest animation performance is achieved even on slower computers.

Rules

Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

All line pay symbols must appear on a played line and on consecutive reels, beginning with the far left reel.

All payline wins occur on bet lines only.

Only highest winner paid on each payline.

Line wins are multiplied by the bet multiplier.

Coinciding wins on different paylines are added.

MultiWay® wins are formed when the same symbol (or its substitute) appears on contiguous columns starting with the left-most column.

MultiWay® wins are multiplied by the bet multiplier.

MultiWay® wins are paid in addition to line wins (if any).

MultiWay® wins are only paid if 1024 Ways is activated.

Awards are shown in credits.

The maximum win on any transaction is capped at 125,000 currency units (pounds, for example). A transaction includes the results of the Free Spins Bonus plus the outcome which launched the Bonus.

Additional Information

The GAME CONSOLE provides information and access to additional features:

• Your current balance in your chosen currency
• Your total number of credits
• The denomination in which the game is being played. This represents the value of each credit.

The METER BAR on the bottom of the game screen displays the denomination in which the game is being played, the number of credits paid if a win occurred, and the number of credits bet on the last/current proposition.
