Wager Requirements Terms and Conditions

• By accepting the terms and conditions of a Bingo bonus the player will be subject to any wagering requirements relating to that particular bonus.
• Once a player accepts the bonus they are unable to opt out at any point. Please contact customer services if you wish to opt out at any point and a decision will be made as to whether the bonus is cancelled and any funds retrieved.
• Bonuses with wagering requirements will require the player to stake a turn multiplier of the original bonus before any winnings will be returned to cash. An example is shown here below:
• • Player A receives a bingo bonus of £25.00 with a times 5x wagering requirement.
  • The player must stake at least £125.00 on bingo tickets only before winnings from that bonus are returned to the cash balance.
  • However if the player stakes the £25.00 bonus in bingo and doesn't win enough to play through the £125.00 wagering requirement then the wagering requirements will be reset to zero and the bonus status will turn to 'spent'.
  • If the player makes a cash withdrawal prior to meeting a wager requirement they are liable to lose any remaining bonus funds they may have. The amount removed from a players bonus balance will also be removed from the wager requirement for the said bonus.
• If bonus funds expire and are retrieved, the amount retrieved will be removed from the wager requirement for the said bonus.
• The order of spend when a player stakes on a game with a bonus with wagering requirements will be: 'pending award' -> 'bonus' -> 'cash'.
• The 'pending award' balance will be shown in the bonus balance and players may only stake with the 'pending award' balance on the games from that bonus category. Once all wagering requirements have been completed any outstanding amount in the 'pending award' will be transferred to the cash balance.
• All jackpots that are won when set to an automatic payment will be returned to the 'pending award' balance if a player has an outstanding wagering requirement relating to that bonus category.
