How do I register?
To register, simply select

the left menu and fill out the registration form provided. Please be sure to be
accurate with the information you submit since your winnings, gifts and prizes will

How do I change or update information?
If you have made an error or would like to change or update information please update

How do I login?
Step 1 of the registration requires you to type in your Username and Password. This

How do I start playing?
To play any of the games, you have to start by registering at Virgin Bingo. To register,

How do I fund my account?

What is a Bingo Bonus?

What happens if I lose connection during a game?
If you become disconnected during a game, the game will be played out on the bingo

How do I play / purchase strips for bingo?
In order to play bingo, you need to be registered and have deposited funds into
your account. This will make you eligible to purchase bingo cards.
To play, just log in with your username and password and click Play Bingo. From
there, you will be taken into the bingo room. Should a game be in progress, you
will see a timer indicating the remaining time and you will need to wait until the
next game begins. Once a game is finished, a set of randomly chosen strips will
be presented to you. Should you prefer different strips than the ones initially
presented, simply click on Get new tickets and a brand new strip will be
allocated. Select and buy strips by clicking on the top of the strips that you wish
to purchase and pressing the Buy selected tickets button.
What games, apart from bingo, do you offer?
Well, we have lots more to choose from besides bingo for you. We offer several games
in addition to the 90-Number Bingo and these include Slot machines and Video poker

Video poker is a mixture of poker and slot machines. The aim is to have a
better hand than the system. To start the game, click on the Deal button and the
machine will offer you 5 cards. You then decide which ones to hold. Simply click
the cards you would like to keep, or on the Hold button under each one. You can
deselect them by clicking again. Then click on Deal. If you have a stronger hand
than the machine, you'll have won the bet. The pot depends on the money you have

Slots are similar to the popular Las Vegas slot machines. Slot machines consist
of three or more spinning reels with a series of symbols. The aim of the game is
to line up three (or more) of the most valuable symbols on these reels on pay lines.

Keno which is similar to a Lottery game is an exciting pastime and, most importantly, it offers the possibility of winning large payouts on relatively small wagers. As Keno numbers are randomly drawn from the drum, they are marked on the Keno board.
