How do I play?

How do I play Casino games?

How do I play Poker games?

If you'd like to play poker (good call), the first thing you will need to do after registering your account is to download the poker client. To do this just go to our main Poker page and click on download, you'll be taken through the steps on how to download and install the poker room on your computer.

The first time you log on to the poker room you'll be asked to choose a nickname. This is the name shown when you play at the tables so make sure it's a goodie. You also need to accept the terms and conditions of the poker room.

Then you can launch and play in the poker room, including the practice tables, from your computer - good luck! If you then want to enjoy some non-poker related Virgin Games activities, you will have to come back to the main Virgin Games poker site.

Please note that Virgin Poker is part of the Boss Media International Poker Network which restricts customers to three IPN downloads and installations. This means that where a customer has accounts with and has downloaded the poker software for three poker operators who are all part of the IPN they have reached their maximum. If this applies to you and you experience difficulties then please contact us and we'll do our best to help you out.

How do I play Bingo games?

After registering your account simply click on play bingo to launch the bingo console. You'll need at least Flash 10 installed on your computer first, and the first time you log-in you'll be asked to select a chat name - the name shown when you interact with other online bingo fans in the chat room.
