CM EdBaines:too much whisking i wouldn't be able to do anything else for the rest of the day
CM EdBaines:but the folding in has to be done by hand
snuggles:oh yes....what do you enjoy cooking most?
CM EdBaines:seafood and puddings
snuggles:certain fish or mixtures?
CM EdBaines:my fave fish is dover sole
CM EdBaines:and shellfish
snuggles:ooooh lovely fish but so expensive?
CM EdBaines:just what i was thinking
CM EdBaines:unfortunately there's not many left now so hopefully the price will help them to restock
snuggles:oh right is that how they do it? crazy the fishing quotas
CM EdBaines:yeah it doesn't really work, and also the way modern fishing is going its very worrying forever going deeper and catching...

CM EdBaines:you should treat yourself to something special to eat or drink

CM EdBaines:like a glass of very good wine
CM EdBaines:or a very indulgent dessert just for you
snuggles:oh that sounds fab
snuggles:suggestions for a dessert - make it easy for me pls!!
CM EdBaines:chocolate fondant
CM EdBaines:with part frozen creme fraice
snuggles:mmmmmmmmmm - sounds yummy
snuggles:how do u make choc fondant?
CM EdBaines:you gently heat 350g of bourneville chocolate
CM EdBaines:with 30g of butter
CM EdBaines:next step you sift 300g of self-raising flour
CM EdBaines:whisk 4 eggs
CM EdBaines:gently add 15og of caster sugar over the eggs
CM EdBaines:until they triple in volume
CM EdBaines:and gently fold in the flower
CM EdBaines:now gently fold in half of the warm chocolate
CM EdBaines:add the hole mixture back to the other half of the warm chocolate
CM EdBaines:lightly grease 8 small moulds with butter
CM EdBaines:and dust with flour
CM EdBaines:pour the chocolate mixture in up to 2 thirds
CM EdBaines:place in the overn at 185
CM EdBaines:for 12 1/2 mins
CM EdBaines:remove and turn out
CM EdBaines:and serve with creme fraice
CM EdBaines:alternatively come to randall and Aubin
