Participation in the game is void wherever prohibited by law.

You must not seek to play Bingo (for fun or for real by placing a "wager") or use the chat functionality on this website unless you are at least 18 years of age. Any activity by players found to be under 18 years old will be declared void regardless of any winnings. No refunds are given on void wagers. We reserve the right to request proof of age of any winner of any prize. We shall undertake our best endeavours to ensure that we do not knowingly permit under 18 year olds to wager.

Employees of St Minver, anyone connected to the company as a supplier, affiliate, media partner and members of their immediate families are not entitled to play Bingo.

6. Wager rules and limitations of liability
A minimum stake of GBP 0.10p per wager applies. All stakes/wagers will contain a unique ticket number. Our RNG software is periodically checked and approved by external IT experts as are our accounting and financial systems.

We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any wager at our discretion. We reserve the right to set and to vary the maximum and minimum stake amounts and these will be updated in the rules accessible on the website. It is your responsibility to check these rules each time you log on.

By placing any further wagers with us, you accept the results of the previous wager. As such, the results of the previous wager are no longer in dispute and no refunds or other adjustments will be granted.

You agree that our decision will be final and binding on all matters in relation to wagering, or your eligibility for a prize or claim, and our transaction records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made. St Minver Limited's liability in respect of any claim or loss shall be limited to the stake paid by you.

We will not be liable for damages which may be caused by the interception or misuse of your credit card details on the Internet to the extent that such interception or misuse has been caused by events outside of our operation and control.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Gibraltar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim of whatever nature arising out of or relating to this website, and that the laws of Gibraltar shall govern such dispute or claim.
