How many V*POINTS will I earn?

You will earn V*POINTS whenever you buy a bingo card or wager on a side game as follows: For every £1 you spend on bingo you will receive 1 V*POINT.

For every £10 you wager on the following side games Keno, £1 Atlantis scratchcard, Hollywood Reels, Old West, Jungle Safari, Gold Rush and Money Hog you will receive 1 V*POINT.

Virgin Vouchers can only be redeemed in pounds sterling and can be used to buy Virgin products like mobile top-ups.

How do I check my V*POINTS?

You can check your V*POINTS when you login.

Your point totals will be updated daily so when your V*POINTS don’t update as you are playing - don’t worry - they will update at the end of the day.

N.B If you receive points as a prize for one of our V*POINTS promotions these will not be reflected on your account until 3 working days after the promotion ends.
