WE DON'T LIKE SPAM
"Spam Spam Spam, wonderful Spam!" It used to describe a meaty delicacy, celebrated in a Monty Python song. In today's digital world, "Spam" means "unsolicited e-mail of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups", and we do not like it.
Compliance with the European directives is required from our affiliates.

BEST PRACTICE TIPS
Complying
Make sure you keep your database fresh and up to date.
Act on "unsuscribe" requests promptly.
Sending
- The "From," "To," and routing information – including the originating domain name and email address – must be accurate and identify the person who initiated the email.
- The From line must be from your company/business Subject lines must not be deceptive.
- The subject line cannot mislead the recipient about the contents or subject matter of the message.
- When you receive an opt-out/unsubscribe request the law gives you 10 business days to stop sending e-mail to the requestor's email address. You cannot help another person send email to that address, or have another entity send email on your behalf to that address.
- It is illegal for you to sell or transfer the email addresses of people who choose not to receive your email, even in the form of a mailing list.
- All commercial email must be identified as an advertisement. You must have the permission and confirmation from each person on your list that you can send them email communication.
- The granting of said permission must be "verifiable, deliberate, explicit and still-revocable".
Reaching
For optimal reach, remember that terms such as "free", "offer", "promotion", "online casino", "bonus", etc... are frequently blocked by Spam filters, either in the subject line or the content itself.
