AFFILIATE PROMOTIONS TERMS OF USE
- The 50% improved first month commission rate will be applied to net revenue/net rake generated by the players you refer to us between the date your registration has been accepted to the last day of the following month (inclusive).
- The best improved affiliate promotion can only be awarded once per affiliate.
- The standard Virgin Games affiliates terms of use do apply to these affiliate promotion offers. In case of a conflict between these promotion terms and conditions and the standard Virgin Games affiliates terms of use, the standard Virgin Games affiliates terms of use shall prevail. In all other instances these affiliate promotion terms and conditions are additional to the standard Virgin Games affiliates terms of use. For more information, please refer to our standard Virgin Games affiliates terms of use.
- Our decision on who will be eligible for the promotions above shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.
- Employees of Virgin Games, its proprietor and agencies or their families are not eligible to enter any of these promotions.
